    How many times have we heard -"Its official", "Funding has been approved" ETC ETC. They were supposed to start building the airport in 2018, there was so much hype, people were buying up property along the highway not to miss out on the extra business from an airport and now NOTHING. This is typical, Filipinos love to make stories. I don't believe in anything until it becomes a reality.
