    Looks like friday or saturday we could be in for a dose of rain and wind from some of the forcasts,some of the tracks are farther south but some are heading right over us.
    Looks also like a similar track to sendong in 2011 coming over north mindano and hitting as a tropical storm called tembin.

    The Dumaguete - Davao and Dumaguete - CDO flights are cancelled today.

    CDO city seems to be under a fair bit of water.

    A friend of mine was staying at moboal for a couple nights,i did warn him signal no 1 will be up today. He got to the ferry this pm and no ferries so stuck there now.
    Not sure how the flights will be,depends how bad it gets.
