    You've referenced certain USSC cases several times, can you provide a source? I'm willing to believe your claims, just need some evidence for them.

    Child support and gaining US citizenship through the CRBA process are not related. It's a false equivalency.

    not relevent if the child is born overseas. crba requires the child be a bilogical child.

    Some, yes. Others, no. Perhaps that is why it is arbitrary who has to get a DNA test done. Or it may just be that someone in authority just did a "power trip" on you. It happens.
