UPDATE!!! By the way! The hours are 9am to 9pm. Dining area is clean with open seating and a hostess greeting you at the door. Orders are placed easily and COLD service water is provided without request. There is a bar and alcoholic beverages are offered as well as shakes. The host and hostess crew is very courteous and prompt. An expansive menu; there are traditional Mexican dishes, Philippino cuisine, and American; with promises of adding more as the restaurant grows. With all of the choices it is easy to eat here more than once a week! The tortillas are hand made from mesa, the wrap is whole wheat, the salsa is fresh with real cilantro! The guacamole is simply amazing, chilled with a creamy blend of tomatoes and a hint of cilantro! This folks is authentic cooking with love! The balance of fresh flavors with talented cooking. Well done Juan and crew - I am thankful for the good food and warm welcome! I wish you many more good days in the future.

Las Mariachi's is the name-I live very close and LOVE IT-the menu is evolving and they're adding new things it seems--the tacos and burritos are smallish but so tasty-the refried beans totally rock..IMHO lol
FYI the Filipino is very good and inexpensive-they usually have 2-3 Filipino dishes in a buffet style- the Bicol Express was good-- Informative x 5

Went to this new Mexican restaurant yesterday. Very nice. Menu is good, service is good. Very different preparation from Senoritas. This food comes out already spiced up and you can add more if you want to. It was not overly spiced which was nice. Portions are just right, we eat rather lightly so got the remainder for take out. Had the enchiladas. Wonderful. We are rather lucky to have two very good Mexican restaurants to chose from whose food, while similar, is somewhat different. They also served wine, which was okay, not an expert on wines, just know what I like and don't like.
Would definitely eat there again and try something different on the menu. They also have some Filipino favorites, the wife has the Sig Sig and she loved it.- Informative x 4

They had a small genny running and the ac was working. I'm not an expert on Mexican food but I really enjoyed the Enchiladas with guacamole and refried beans. The service was very good - friendly, quick and they asked if I was happy with the food. Beer was cold, and they brought complimentary corn chips. Surprisingly little noise from the traffic. The place is clean and bright - a little bare looking at the moment but the owner says that's a work in progress.
All in all, it's a pleasant little place, good food, good value and excellent staff.- Informative x 4

Been there twice Pat, liked what I ate both times, new , clean and the owner was raised in Mexico. Not expensive and smart guy by having a small tasty menu to begin with.

Has anyone tried the new Mex restaurant on South Highway across from Senioritas old location? Drove by it today and looked like it was open.

One thing I missed in the Philippines was really good Mexican food. I had to make my own at home when I wanted it. I had my own corn masa for corn tortillas to make enchiladas with. It would be nice for Duma to get a nice, authentic Mexican restaurant.
