I have found Ace Logic to be a tad more helpful, often having the more common parts in stock. But you have to be on your guard. I bought a USB Drive that was faulty and they tried to renege on replacing it stating it was past 7 days (despite it stating on the packaging it has a Lifetime Warranty) so I pulled out my phone to show them I had messaged them within 2 hours of buying it to notify them I would be in at the end of the month due to me living 25km's away and that I only catch Jeepney/Tricycle to the city which is painful at best, to which they replied "Okay Sir". It took around 20 minutes of standing my ground to get the replacement. Honestly I use to have more success on eBay buying from China than finding PC parts around Dumaguete.-
