So I did end up finding something, 'hiding in plain sight', on OLX. It's in Sibulan, about 3-kilometers from the ferry terminal, right on the National Highway. They're not really targeting short-term, the units are a LOT larger than I needed, but not too pricey IMO. Just happy that they had a unit available.

Just search OLX for 'Private storage warehouse' and it should come up.

 

The storage is at the Matiao Compound in Sibulan, on the Negros South Road, just past the airport when heading towards Sibulan. Google maps does know the place.

I think the best way to contact them would be to call the number for the Martin Matiao Transport Services main office, probably ask for Allan, Michelle or Earnest. I think they're all Matiao, all siblings, I *think* at least one of them is typically in that office.
