In regards to a good lasagna try Grumpys Pub.

Saw on their FB Page Lord Byron's opened on Monday 28th January. The text states: "See ya'll at 12 NOON tomorrow at Tugas, Piapi-right beside Dr. Absin’s Christmas house." No mention of days and times but will be there soon and report.

It’s the same quality of ribs that we experienced at the former location. Had lunch there Tuesday and met friends there today, however, today, the place was crowded at 11. After ordering andwIting for an hour, the waitress told us that a menu item one of our party ordered had never been delivered, so it was out of stock—AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR! It will be a long time, if ever, that I return. The ribs at Chantilly are as good, but the sauce, not quite!

Follow up on my post above. Messaged the management for opening hours and they responded:
"We open at 11am daily and close at 2am"
Am looking forward to seeing if it is as good as it was - in my view the best ribs in Dumaguete and the burgers were pretty good too.-

Just walked by the place last night. I was thinking "surely it's not in that crap building the workers threw up (
) in like a week or two...
Indeed it is. Can't see the appeal of the place. It's like any other eatery. Close to the side of the road, wide open, lots of cars out front, packed in the inside. Reminds me of going to the market. Outside of the place looks like a warehouse.
I imagine they will continue to fix it up. But d*mn, they must have been in a hurry and on a serious budget. Or maybe that's the way to do it here. Cheap, fast and still still packed.
I guess being open and close to the road isn't so much different. But the place didn't seem to have much charm.-

But this depends on THEM - that will not work as you will never know if they are not out of stock of what you most like but just have not listed it. It means to check you still have to ask a question: e.g. "Is lasagne on your 'out-of-stock' list?" which could result in a long conversation about what an 'out-of-stock' list actually is. So simpler to ask at the outset "Do you have lasagne available?"
