Looks like it's going to be quiet Sunday due to the brownout. Unless you have power backup.
Or have gas to drive outside the brownout area. I learned some new things today with a road trip.
How's the new car?
Was this road trip to your favourite place, Sibulan?
I understand there is a 'Best of Sibulan' route map (is that rote map in US?), which involves a 5 minute drive around (including a stop to have a pee).
Apologies to residents of Sibulan.
I like Sibulan to, nice to visit the countryside sometimes
yes i agree... make lemonade out of lemons... this is what my wife and i do each time there is a scheduled brownout... this time we went up into the mountains near pamplona where we hiked and swam in a mountain stream and had a picnic... so scheduled 12 hour brownouts for us have become an opportunity for us to plan a road trip into the mountains where it is cool and to remind ourselves just how very blessed we are to live on this beautiful island... rather than to view it as an opportunity to drag down others (and ourselves at the same time) by complaining about it.
I just moved out of Sibulan and had SKY Fiber for 1 year, no complaints. I'd say 90% of the time I had no less than 12mbps on my 25mbps package. Beats any Globe service I have ever had.
i am curious if you have ever considered tying all this together in one room and see if you can make a big microwave? do you have a permanent tan? can you pick up BBC in your fillings? do your housekeepers keep dying of cancer? are your chickens laying hard boiled eggs? all this newfangled stuff makes me nervous. i remember calling in artillary strikes with carrier pigeons
Faster than globe.
