    Just ask them about the source of the eggs, so ask: "Asa gikan ning itlog ninyo?" (Where do these eggs come from? The answer you would like to hear is not China---it should be something like Valencia or elsewhere in the province.
    Same question with vegetables---just do substitution: "Asa gikan ning inyong utan?" (Where do these vegetables come from?" I have noticed that garlic, cabbages, even carrots already come from China.

    To ask, "Is this from China?" which you could ask for all products: "Gikan ni sa China?"
