I used TTom Travel in Rob. Mall (formerly Maganda Travel). P18,000. Require copy of ICard, passport, and this year's annual payment receipt. Submit ICard and paperwork and bring passport for ID. Expect 6-8 weeks turnaround. New ICard will be mailed to TTom and they will text when received.
I used the travel agency just past the BI. They charged 2K for their service plus 600 for snacks for the BI in Cebu plus the ACRI card cost (somewhere around 3.5K). BI in Cebu made me come to Cebu for my biometric picture as my old picture was 10 years old.
wouldn't it be better if there was a page directly given over to where prices for certain local services were posted so that we don't have an arm tied behind our back when it comes to the certain bills we face every year as foreigners and it doesn't seem that certain foreigners feel they got the edge over foreigners they don't see eye to eye over........makes my sh*t stink when I hear foreigners comparing prices.
