Completely disagree! I was on the boulevard last year with my missus and friends, drinks at the Honeycomb and then across the road to the grassed area to watch the fireworks at midnight. A lovely friendly atmosphere, not a hint of trouble. Simply cannot agree with the above post from my observations.

Such bullet-hits are extremely rare!! Less than in Chicago.
Just today the Dumaguete Police reported that there was not one single gunshot or knife victim in Duma this Dec 31st. Not even one fireworks injury. Not one! Things here are now much safer than some of you think, based on ancient memories.....- Agree x 2
