For those of you looking to avoid the panic buying lines in the supermarkets, there is now online grocery shopping in Dumaguete. It’s done through an app called Cartspree. Mixed reviews and I have not tried it myself. Some love it and others are complaining that most stocks are unavailable. It’s an option anyway, in case things take a turn for the worse.

Had a new on line experience with grocery shopping today. The wife went shopping and she kept taking pictures of items and sending them to me and asking if that was what I wanted?

For those who don’t have personal shoppers aka “asawas,” another alternative to online grocery shopping is Tiange NegOr on Facebook. They charge Php65 for every delivery but to get this delivery rate, you need to get everything from one vendor.
