Wow, nice reaction, N. Korea? Where did that come from? So you see no problem with the Mayor coming out saying surrender your license at the checkpoint or the OR and then the next day the Police come out and say that they can't do that because it is illegal.
You would think that maybe once just once we could see a little continuity of purpose. Then again, this is the Philippines and planning and logistics are not their strong points are they?
