    There have also been positive tests in Dumaguete. Collecting samples can be done anywhere. The actual testing is done in Manila, Davao and Cebu.
    I don't see anything wrong with what DOH-7 said.

    Found this well-written and fairly readable article regarding the two different types of tests being done for COVID-19, and why both are important to be using. This is the best thorough (for non-techies) explanation I have read.

    Of course, I have it on high provincial authority that coronavirus teting is still not available in Dumaguete as of a few days ago.
