- Primary schools (K-12) are closed until further notice.
- Higher education may continue classes to close out the academic year with guidance from the CHED.
Provincial borders are closed to everyone except:
- Health and government officials.
- Cargo trucks carrying essential goods to/from surrounding provinces. (Drivers must return within 24 hours of leaving Negros Oriental or face a 14 day quarantine. Maximum 2 passengers per vehicle.)
- Inbound/Outbound OFWs.
- Stranded foreigners. (You are allowed to travel to bus terminals/ports/airports unimpeded. No fees can be imposed on you.
No public or private gatherings such as:
- Cockfights / Gambling
- Religious Services / Activities
- Fiestas
- Private Events
- Parties
- Conferences
- Fora
- Trade Fairs / Expositions
Social distancing (1 meter from another person), wearing of masks outside of the residence and proper personal hygiene are mandatory and will be enforced by military, police and health workers.
Air and sea travel is banned for the duration of this executive order.
Curfew from 9pm to 5am.
Exceptions:
Those that are 21 and below, 60 years and above and those with co-morbidities shall remain home.
- Workers going to/from work.
- Health / Government / Security / Emergency personnel.
- Public transport workers.
- Farmers / Fishermen
Anyone living with people with co-morbidities shall also remain home.
Public transportation will operate at reduced numbers and are only allowed to operate within Negros Oriental borders. Must maintain physical distancing and mask wearing while in public transportation.
Starts 1 May 2020. It will be enforced until it is not. No end date specified.

One line is missing from the above account. I have installed this image onto my phone (60+) and that of my helper (21-) and I told her, if any wise guy challenges you, you can reference the last line.-
