I have seen local sheep wandering in the street in Pasjač lapu lapu . and I have been told that there are mutton sausages from Ilongo. Found this article of sheep butchering some ware in Negros. Anyone has any leads on where to get a local lamb for a good Balti I would like to hear from you.
