FYI, PAL announced that scheduled domestic flights from Manila to Dumaguete, Bacolod and Cebu resume June 1. Be interesting to see how that plays into the "do you or do you not need a quarantine pass" issue.

    MANILA – BACOLOD – MANILA
    PR 2131/2132 – Daily (Effective June 01)
    MANILA – CEBU – MANILA
    PR 1845/1846 – Thu / Fri / Sat / Sun (Effective June 01)
    PR 1845/1846 – Daily (Effective June 08)
    MANILA – DUMAGUETE – MANILA
    PR 2545/2546 – Every Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun (Effective June 01)

just carry around all the ESQ/GSQ/MGSQ or whatever passes with you that you got so far. cannot be wrong, any or one of them will grant you access everywhere. a perfect example how a perfect system is turning into something kafkaesque. if you cannot accept or understand that, you are wrong in this country. adapt. obey.

It is yet for confirmation by the Governor. Went to Lee Hypermart today with the wife - we usually borrow a neighbour Q-pass to go together on allotted days. Didn't bother today following announcement, and guess what......first time EVER at Hypermart, was challenged for a Q-pass each. Been going there weekly since quarantine began. Anyway, I said to the the guard 'Have you not heard, passes no longer required from today following announcement by IATA (no idea if that's correct, as was winging it). He waved us through with that familiar glazed look in his eyes.

I don't see a word on the mayor about this yet. So I'll still be bringing my pass unless I hear that this will indeed be applied locally.

Went to Robinson's mall this morning and the security guard asked my age, told him my age he said no seniors allowed unless you have a barangay pass.
Thought this nonsense was done with ffs.

Went to City Mall yesterday, still need Q pass for your specified days and also a new thing I have gotten is asked to remove my mask so security can see my face or smile for "the camera".
