Turns out it was a too slow internet, came back on an hour later

Failing this a complete reboot... powercord out for at least 1 -2 minutes... is always worth a try.
Factory reset is the other option if the above don't work. I'm always loath to do this unless all else fails.

I would go to the settings and find the "About" or "update" settings to make sure everything is updated. Then find the network or WiFi settings and do a network check. If the TV has the option/port available I would run a hard wire directly from the modem/router to the TV. If all this fails I would then do the dreaded factory reset and repeat all the steps above.
