    You may have already done so, but it seems imperative to me to find out first whether your plan to "reposition" private cars to Dumaguete is currently doable in view of all the Covid travel restrictions, and beyond that, your plan to sail a private ship down from Subic Bay may need similar enquiries.
    I imagine the travel restrictions to apply to private ships just like they do for commercial ferries, which means you might be not allowed to dock, or be subject to quarantine measures in every port of call.
