Its actually run by a farmers association at twin lakes,the dner manage the surrounding areas.
A friend of mine who is 70 was there at twin lakes yesterday.

we may try again. the drive up there is worth the trip all by itself i think. i especially love the place with no guard rail where the road is actually slightly undercut by the erosion that is occuring. i will gues it is a free fall of sixty to a hundred feet with lots more steep slope to bounce down. the floor of the valley must be something like a thousand feet below?? but a gorgeous view nontheless. we have some nice pics with us balancing on the edge. such dare devils!!-

I Love the Twin Lakes NP..... hope I can go again soon, just tell 'em I'm 59 yrs and forgot to bring any ID, just like I do at the Mall where the Sons Rob us.....
