Huh? They charged interest to people who fully paid their bills, and now they put the burden on the customer to make things right again? Their monthly electricity bills are ridiculously complicated anyway, one almost needs a university degree to make sense of them, so I would guess most people aren't even aware if they were charged undue interest, and may not have kept their receipts from several months ago.
