Surely the owner of the gas statin has a clear obligation here. When someone was working on my house and got injured, twice this happed but not the same person, I took them to hospital and paid for their treatment. My undertanding was that as I was paying them, I had an obligation under law to do this, not that I needed the law to make me do what I did though.
