This is tradition, with all new rules first needs to be clarified for like 5 to 10 times before we can make anything from it... And by then the next cycle starts.
So for now, we will see tomorrow. My guess is as usual, there will be people hanging around in tents checking for a virus passing by...

I still have to think when reading of ECQ, MGCQ, GCQ, XYZQ and the order of seriousness - places like the UK have done some very stupid things (now they have decided to exclude top businessmen, sports' people, journalists and a few others from needing quarantine when entering the country - I was not aware the virus was so selective) BUT their Tier system is very clear and easily understood by the masses.
Why does the Philippines have to make everything so complicated - is there a gene for it?-

Traffic might be a little lighter in town for a while until all the excitement dies down.
They reported that Negros Oriental went from 111 to 98 active cases and that Dumaguete had 10 recoveries. Compared to Negros Occidental that as of last nights news had reported a little over 1800 cases, making it into the top 10 for the country, I'd say we are still ahead of the game, at least for now.-
