    Mobile Operators and ISP's buy bandwidth some of the bigger ones lay there own with other companies, I think its limited or maxed out getting into the Philippines.     Maybe Elons satellite array will take the pressure of the submarine network in the coming 5-10 years. We have to continue getting cat videos at ever increasing resolution delivered smoothly to educate tomorrows kids.

    I am still happy with my Airlink service. I've had them for over three years, very fast and reliable. A bit expensive, but at my location I have no other option except Globe wifi which I tried and barely could get a 1M connection. With Airlink I'm paying for a 15M service, but my speed averages between 20M to 25M.
