Canada has to be one of the very best choices for OFWs - I would not recommend any going to most of the Middle East (as I am sure many would agree) and not even to the UK. Canada has great respect for its immigrants - many governments could learn from them.

We are on the same wavelength about this - they will charge an extortionate amount, not bother to answer the phone, make crazy decisions.
But this does not apply to everyone. Enter legally as a Russian crook and a 'Golden Visa' is easily yours for your ill-gotten cash. Then just buy a luxury yacht and get a few Tory MPs on board, a donation to Tory Party funds and you are in - Knighthood coming along soon.-

Same here in UK
There has been a shortage of medical staff for quite a while, which was not helped by "Brexit" and of course Covid.
The Army medics have been called to step in to help out in some places just recently-

On the very same day the Philippines records a record number new Covid cases, and with hospitals already struggling, record numbers of nurses resigning because of lousy pay, they lift the lockdown in the NCR??!!!!
