    I didn't set up a campaign, just provided a link to a website reviewing those types of charity crowd funding sites.

    Are you saying you are in a foreign country without enough money or insurance to cover your own emergency medical needs? A bit different than a child who was born into poverty that was diagnosed with a disease. You made a personal choice, this little girl had no such luxury.
