You won't have any problems flying here...Just get your extensions here in Dumaquete ..You will have to renew your tourist visa in the first 30 days you are here.....Then... they will extend it here for 30 days more it will cost you 3000p then the next time another extension will be for 60 days at about the same cost I can't remember for sure maybe a little more they will charge you also or a ID card 500p good for 1 year. Relax it cool here...
Or you can go about it this way. Long-Stay Visitor Visa Extension (LSVVE) The icard is $50 (USD). The price will depend on the exchange rate....and I've always wondered why it was USD and not PHP. Procedure and price for first 30 days: Visa Waiver Procedure and price for exceeding 59 days: Extension of Authorized Stay Beyond 59 days Procedure and price for overstaying: Motion for Reconsideration on Updating and Extension of Authorized Stay
Odd...I was not planning originally on staying past a month this trip, but got the 59 days when coming in. Extended in Dumaguete for the next 2 months and just extended another 2 months yesterday. They gave me an ID from the last extension when I went in yesterday and it did not cost $50 US. The 2 month extensions have been 2,830 peso. Shawn
