8 year old found dead after being raped in bajumpandan?

I wish the family of that mentally-challenged man will just chain him in their house if they cant afford medications, I know how cruel it sounds but I think that's the best option there is for this guy to stop him from hurting or killing anybody. The government shouldn't let these sort of people run around wild in the streets because they can be very dangerous. SHAME.

 

I just heard it was a teenage girl found dead on silliman beach . A fishing boat found her floating at sea and took her to the beach and rang the police, the owner of the boat (an australian ) told me so i say its on the level.

I'm with a Swat friend and he said the story is true, no rumor mill on this one.

 

So the police find no evidence to hold him, yet you have him convicted and chained to a house? Should we flog him too just for being mentally ill? Cut off his toes and fingers?
