I am not entirely sure on that and it was to do with the Land before we bought the Attorney onboard. I know around here everyone is related to everybody or knows somebody, you really have to watch your reply when asked "How are things going"

I was ready to scream the day we went in there, the second in charge Secretary is the most inept fool I have come across to date here! After returning the forms (a half a dozen times or more) back to her to have them signed how was required (and clearly pointed out to her) the Secretary got very huffy with my wife and berated her in Bisayan (keeping one eye on me) and demanded another 500 pesos for the stuff around! The entire fiasco was completely caused by the second in charge Secretary, who kept one eye on the senior Secretary who was busy, and the Notary signer seated behind the partition, as she quickly (and sneakily) slipped the 500 pesos into a small note book on the desk, then into her pocket. My wife nearly shat herself when she saw me about to call FOUL and quickly shook her head at me for a big NO!
I would never step foot into that Office even if it was FREE after the incredibly p*ss-poor service we received, which I may add; was not the Head Secretary or Notary signer's faults. Never again!!- Agree x 1

Norm, I used Nathan next to Katz in Bacong. Other foreigners also use him.

Nope, but you could take that letter to the notary at the City Hall legal office, 2nd floor of city hall, and maybe they can help you. They are pretty helpful. Good luck!!
