Phil-products leases space from PLDT. So technically they are a third party retailer and limited to what ever speeds they pay for and get from PLDT. I can tell you that PLDT has a combo package that offers Sky cable, IFLIX, Internet and phone. PLDT is currently building a fiber to the home network which will provide very high speeds for streaming video's from IFLIX and TV from SKY and of course surfing the internet.. You can see hundreds of concrete Poles with PLDT logo stamped on them supporting the new fiber cables they are building.
