    Understood, looking for a compromise on cost and taste. Cherry just had flounder a few weeks ago and loved it but she does have a tendency to be cheap (not a bad thing). I also like tuna steaks, but I think they should be cooked medium rare or they will dry out but the wife is not up for anything rare other than beef.

    Most times they (wife and family) cook fish it is fried whole and ends up a black crunchy mess with way too many bones to be able to enjoy in my opinion.

    Thanks for all the responses, the AM is getting some fish to try out. I'm a big grill guy so am looking forward to trying out the recommendations.
