My friend got late for 10mins of 45mins checking in was not allowed to took the flight and sold his seat to another person and cancelled his ticket in front of him.We beg because my friend got a connecting flight abroad at Manila but as if the cebu pacific agent name Mylene at the airport dont seem to care, there was NO CUSTOMER CARE. Ok, being late for 10mins of 45mins "check in", it's a customers fault and we admit it. But saying "no tickets for sale for 2 days reason: (fully booked)" is not an excuse, and we beg to double check in your computer if there is, but still the answer is fully booked. Then how come on that night we bought a ticket scheduled the nextday for cebu pacific dgte -manila outside your office, wasn't you the main office here in dgte??? what the heck! Shape up! You'll be loosing customers in the future.
