@newbie27... since you have accepted the mistakes that you were late.. partly for me there is no more issue to that... but if you cite that lady here for arrogance and name her i think it would be unfair for her. i think she does not know that. these problems cannot be fixed if you complain here. i think what you should do is you should come back to the cebu pacific management and complain. you should talk to the customer representative or it is much better if you complain this to the manager and much more better if that person you are talking about should be present in your coversation. then and there you can resolve the issue.
