    Racal stuff is regarded as low quality; which could be why the field in Daro has a huge supply of repossessed Racal bikes?

    Pat if your Mio is an automatic, which I think Mio's are the added weight could be a strain on the drive belt etc

    Plenty of commercial shifter trikes powered by underbones to be seen as you head up Cebu island from Liloan btw

    Someone in Dgte has a weird sounding trike that sounds like it has a pulse engine in it as it doesn't run with a steady drone, but rather an on again off again exhaust note every 1/2 sec or so. Very weird. It goes between Valencia and Dgte along the Hypermart road a lot.

    Yeaaaaaaah! View attachment 10976 Well done matey but I think, the 50 calibre, might put a little too much strain, on that lil ole Belt!

    Pat this a pic I found of a style they make in Iloilo , perfect size for your bike (not to big , and passengers get to stay relatively dry)

    Not sure if it helps?
    We bought a Tricycle with a Yamaha Automatic (it's Blue and I think is a 125cc) and the 'Cab' has a forward facing seat with a windscreen in the front, a space behind the seat for the likes of Groceries etc (or family lol)

    I am BIG and I can fit in with my Wife beside me, anak on my lap, Mama sitting behind me on a plastic chair, Papa to the other side of Mama, Brother In-law driving said Tricycle and Sister In-law sitting behind him with her daughter on her lap, his son standing at his feet and drive from Zambo to Dumaguete no problems as well as traverse the ranges at Siaton with all the Family aboard to go to Church and the little Yamaha pulls no worries! :wink:

    Only problem to date has been the thin tube frame that holds the Bike and Cab together snapped one day in Dumaguete and we made it back to Zambo and had it welded and a piece of reinforcement welded in (if you could call it a weld lol)

    We bought it for 40K from a Lady in Duma who is married to a foreigner who had bought a Car to replace the Tricycle. This is the only picture I can find of it as my house here was robbed while I was in Phils and I lost all my Hard drives along with everything else of value so I no longer have any of the original pics from when I bought it.
    Sorry I am blocking the view but maybe it will give you an idea of size comparison?

    And I just followed them through to their Facebook Page;

    https://www.facebook.com/ABELLATRIKES

    But having a closer look with the Lady sitting in there, I think it would need to be widened by a metre and lengthened likewise to get me in there! :wink: hehe

    d*mn it seemed like a good idea for a minute there :D lol

    Now if only they made something like those in a Trike design... (Not Tricycle)

    Are there many of the Trikes (3-Wheel Motorbikes) available in the Philippines? I have been thinking about one of those as it would be better for me due to my right leg being broken at the Hip with no plates pins or screws holding the break together, so if my foot were to drop off of the foot peg I would not be able to simply lift my foot back up and onto the foot peg.

    Something like this;
