You sound more insightfull everyday, welcome to the seeing community, it's very hard for us to even try to fit into the shoes of the average low/uncertain earning Filipino, next time you leave the house, walk someways into the greater surroundings, follow trails that lead from the Barangay roads, look left and right, what do you see, utter desolation, new/brocken motorbikes parked in front of dilapidated houses, no repairs/improvments made for a long time...
That's how it is everywhere, 80% of the population, the education for environmental awareness is not followed up at home and ignored by the parents...
