    Believe it or not, Air Speed was true to their word and the envelope was delivered this morning to the wife. Not pleased with FedEx as paying $95 for an envelope I would expect it to not take 11 days but it did arrive. Thanks for the responses.

    Has your wife tried to visit the Fedex in Sibulan (technically Sibulan but I would consider it Dumaguete)? Not an easy place to find and a complete cluster f*ck of an office but might be worth a look.
