If you could find Bacardi 151 or something equally stout, perhaps. Tanduay isn't going to cut it (80 proof?). I think you need something like 70% alcohol (140 proof) for it to disinfect anything.

Valencia police or someone who claims they are from the Valencia police office have put out a notice which is totally irresponsible. It says liquor ban but references to EO 2020-26 which is the quarantine notice,, reference is make to section D, item 6 which refers to the banning of all public vehicles,, nothing about a Liquor Ban at all in the EO from the governor..
