If the guy was alone in a room with a minor(s), that by itself is dangerous territory. In the court of public opinion in the Philippines, the guy is guilty, so let's hope he gets a fair trial. If found guilty, you do the crime, you do the time.

So he had an internet cafe and girls were coming to his house, is that a surprise?
They do not mention if any boys ever used the internet cafe, if boys were there it would only muddy their case.
A complaint from an EX GF be viewed with suspicion. This whole story stinks to high heaven.
There seems to be a lot of speculation "gave them food and cell phones so they would keep coming to his house",.
They only have 2 of 14 victums, where the heck are the other 12.

A friend was accused of rape when he tossed the GF out. Lucky for him about 20 Filipino neighbors came to the PNP to tell them the girl was nuts.

They need better proof. Throw him in the sea, if he's a pedo he will float

 

Seems a hornets nest has surely been uncovered but as we have said before, if the Authorities know it is happening why are they leaving it until After the Event and not doing something to prevent it. For me one way would be to put an age restriction on It Cafes. I see it daily in the two Cafes in my immediate area, kids on FB and other Social media clearly very young. Hard to enforce I guess but things have to start somewhere. It is not a new thing and is likely to be very hard to stamp out. like many other things though, the Authorities must look to their own as well as the foreigner but of course that is the thin end of the wedge and easier to attack.
