    Hi, i asked to a internet cafe here in Dumaguete, the one near Harolds guesthouse, and they use PLDT, and they say it works good. I leave near so i guess is my best choice.
    Do anyone use PLDT here? Any problem? recommended?

    Once you apply for PLDT be prepared to wait a couple weeks for them to approve it and then be prepared to wait another 2 weeks or more for their team to come hook up the internet.

    Yeah but in Filipino time that means your application approval will come anywhere between 1 week and 1 month.

    Paying more than the base 999 peso per month is just crazy you will still only get the base service and excuses. believe me bin there and done that. :sneaky:
