⌛ an italian diving center?

hi, l am italian but l live in lanzarote,canary island,spain from few years,l am a diving instructor, but l had restaurants and bars for all my life. now l want to move in negros or cebu island for find a place where to dive and may be make some food in a restaurant.if some one can help me to find contacs or resorts that they are interested on this project.l am making a new web page in italian and spanish to promote diving in cebu and negros.
