    The requirement today were,
    ACR card plus clear copy of front and back
    Passport plus clear copy of BIO page plus last entry page;
    Last years O.R plus clear copy
    Fee 310 peso
    They then checked the computer to establish correct registration.

    Returned all original documents and given a claim slip to return after 5 days to get O.R for 2019. took about 10 minutes plus around 25 minutes in the que

    Just one more thing to add, you need 3 pages copied from your passport: The bio page, the page with last entry stamp, and the visa page. When we went in we got number 22, and they were just on number 4 at the time, but it went pretty fast and we were out in under an hour.

    But why all the copy,s when they have it all on the computer anyway.. just more trash and cut down tree's, i would be actually amazed if they could ever find a copy of anything even after a week. Let alone a month..

    Visa stamp in passport not a requirement, have not had one in my passport for the last 15 years and never been asked about it

    Interesting. I do know that for 13A there is required to be a 13A visa page entered into your passport. What kind of permanent residency do you have, maybe it is something other than 13A?
