    I'm still waiting for my temporary 13a to permanent 13a. amendment. Started the process end of July 2018.
    Now I'v been told I have to go to Cebu to do the annual report. What would be the outcome if I waited until I received the 13a card in March, bearing in mind that 1st March is the deadline for the annual report.
    Cost to go to Cebu and back is dearer than a fine of 200 pesos.
