Another one bites the dust

Unfortunately here in the PI Money talks! There was a known Pedo in Angeles City (Luzon, Pampanga) for years who was caught with his hand in the cookie jar so to speak many, many times but he had money as was always able to pay off the family to not file charges until England finally ratified an extradition treaty with the PI and he is now in jail in England awaiting trial lat time I checked.... I have not kept abreast of the trial since moving to Dumaguete. I am just happy the Pedo is in prison where he can no longer abuse children!
