- An accomplice of the in June shot Cebu's top drug traffickers Jeffrey "Jaguar" Diaz (see Article 06/19/2016), was shot on Friday in Dumaguete - Inspector Ryan Jay Orapa of the Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs Operations Task Group says Lito Entera Belandres alias Lito Paye, of Oslob, Cebu, was at 8:15 am at the service of a warrant at his home in Canday- ong, Dumaguete City shot dead by police when he tried to elude arrest. The Dumaguete police has Belandres, as the number one drug trafficker in Negros Oriental on their list. According to informants Belandres was supplied by Jaguar with shabu. There was also another shooting incident in sacsac,bacong last night,not many details but probably the usual thing!
Wife informs me he was number one on the wanted list for shabu pushing and was shot dead. Don't have any more information on that. They are being exterminated by top man, Duterte.
