Karaoke :D lol The first time I heard it at the Family's Hut I woke up and asked asawa if her Sister In-law was in labour? She was huh? I told her; "That noise, it sounds like she is in labour giving birth". Asawa told me that Char was singing Karaoke at her Brother's Room... OOPS! Well it sounded like someone giving birth, I now realise not all Fili are mega talented when they sing. hehe
This is actually a thread that would have benefited with an input from Jmreyes , maybe specifically if the subject of farming was mentioned here , I personally believe that there is money to made in farming in the Philippines , but it takes a tremendous investment to make sure it works , anything half cocked would be doomed for failure , To my knowledge there are some Korean investors that have done it on a large scale and are actually doing quite well , maybe not on Negros , maybe we can expand the geographical area of this thread to the "Visaya's" . Any words Jm ?
Here is one business idea that we had discussed previously either in this thread or another. Zipmatch gets US$550K to expand throughout the Philippines
Alright Dude; at first I thought Zipmatch was those Zipline thingys, I followed the link you have then for a moment thought it was Matchmaking/Dating stuff, then spied a bit on Property, but am still unsure what it is? Please explain to this dumbass what Zipmatch is please? :p
Nevermind; I just remembered that Google is my friend and a simple rephrase of the search turned it up for me in Wiki :D ZipMatch - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Okay; on the subject of Property... I have an opportunity to buy a small piece of Land. 200 small square metres of land... Close to Zamboanguita... On the Highway... It does have a small Nipa Hut on it currently Rented out but in need of much repair. It also has clear title so I am told... I am thinking of buying it (in asawa and anaks names for their future security) fixing the Nipa Roof and allowing the Tenants to stay in there for another year or so whilst I save to buy materials to build a small (read; very small) 'A-Frame' style house on the lot. I have been reading through other posts, I searched for "Buying Property", but my (unanswered) question is; "Is 300,000 Pesos a reasonable amount to pay for 200 square metres with a clear title?"
Me too! Got me why some wish to be negative in regards to this Forum, or maybe they have their nose put out of joint with how helpful it can be at times?
