    I am looking at 2 cameras (same manufacturer) for my night CCTV security system. The camera will be on my front porch facing our front fence and gate. Both are expensive and made for distance - my house sits back about 20 meters.
    Camera one has 1.3 mega pixels. Camera two has 3 mega pixels but costs 5,000p more.
    Do I need the 3 mega pixels? Thanks

    I am no expert on modern stuff, but I do know, the more Pixels the better quality of picture.
    Hope that helps
    Especially if you require at any time to enlarge your viewing, it would make a huge difference.
