    I think there must be a financial interest why we have to go to the BI in those city's...

    Good idea for sure. Hope it can be accomplished for 13A card renew. After all, fingerprints don't change and your photo/face not that much.
    It would be a relief for this senior not to have to travel to another island during a pandemic to renew a piece of plastic.
