    Banco De Oro (nee Equitable) used to, min withdrawal was P20k, last time I was home however, they seemed to have suspended that type of transaction.:confused:

    BDO did cash advance at one time but the last time I was in there they had a sign up saying that cash advances are suspended and being reviewed. I guess the banks here have run into problems with doing cash advances.

    Yup I was at BDO by the market today and they don't do them anymore
