    Any updates on the El Dorado-Pura Vida fires? I understand the Pura Vida homes are not covered with insurance by their home owners association. I imagine there will be action taken against El Dorado but no idea how things work here.
    A nipa roof can be dangerous!

    Apparently the rebuild cost of vida is p35m and eldorado is around p20m. Eldorado posted a couple days back saying they will be back open within 6 months.
