    I'll keep my ears open, I have a friend who is desperately trying to leave, waiting on the next sweeper flight. I'll watch this thread and let you know if he can get out.

    I think the man doesnt want to put his faith in a 3rd world postal system, that has no accountability and considering its a legal document, trying to find another who is actually leaving the country and to take it would be the sensible/intelligent option, as opposed to "TAKING A SHOT"

    Why not just go to the Post Office and send it airmail express. It is a little bit more expensive, but it usually gets to its destination within 10 days tops.

    I have used it in the past and you get a USPS tracking number for it. Haven't tried it since the quarantines, but might be worth a shot.
